privacy of our website users, patrons and guests. Our policies and practices are explained

we, us, our or similar mean Aravi Hotel LLC, a limited liability company
duly organised and existing under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates,
together with its parent, subsidiaries, branches and sister companies, and their respective owners, operators, officers, managers and
employees. This privacy policy sets out how data provided by or collected from you (whether
through our website, telephone, email correspondence or other electronic
means, in writing or in person) is treated, and your rights in relation to it. It also
explains the use of cookies on our website.
Information collected by us
We collect information you provide in any communication or
interaction
with us, including when you make a booking, stay at any of our hotels, use our other
products and services (including food and beverage services, spa, health clubs, event
booking, child care, equipment rental and other activities available at our properties),
make a purchase, create an account, respond to a survey or offer, or sign up for a
newsletter, marketing bulletins or membership of a loyalty program.
This includes
details such as your name, address, email address and phone number. I It may
also include your passport details, nationality, date or birth, gender, payment details
(such as credit or debit card information), loyalty program membership and membership
numbers, details of co-travellers or associated companies or groups, travel dates,
hotel room preferences, any special requests or requirements, and any information required
by local authorities or to comply with local laws.
We may also collect and process
information about your visits to and use of our website and the pages
you view. This helps us to build knowledge on areas such as traffic, location and user
preferences. In addition it assists us to test and improve our website accessibility and

Loyalty Program
Aravi Hotel is pleased
to extend the opportunity to you to join our chosen loyalty program, ‘Discovery’ by Global
Hotel Alliance, which is operated through a third party provider, GHA Loyalty
DMCC and its parent company GHA Services SA (together “GHA”). If you choose to sign up to
the Discovery loyalty program at one of our hotels during your stay or when using any of our
other services, then in doing so you will be consenting
to the collection of your personal information by us on behalf of GHA. For more information

How we use your information
The information collected from you is used as required to provide our products and services to
you. It may also be used for responding to requests you make for information about our
products or services,
or providing details of similar products or services where you have previously made a
request, booking or purchase through us.
We may provide details of other products or
services, resort information, updates and offers which you may be interested
in, through newsletters and marketing emails or similar, if you have consented to receive
it. We may inform you of changes to our products, services, or website, or contact you for
market research purposes.
We may be asked to process your information
on behalf of third parties, such as tour operators, travel companies and other service
providers, including loyalty scheme providers, corporate customers and marketing partners.
In such cases those third parties will be responsible for explaining to you

Your rights in relation to your information

if you are happy for us to contact you subsequently, or if you would prefer for us not to

information which we hold about you is inaccurate, please let us know and we will correct
it. You may ask us to remove any information that is no longer up to

we are handling your data then you have the right to complain to the applicable regulator or
supervisory authority.
Keeping and storing your information
We have appropriate measures and systems in place
to protect and maintain the confidentiality and security of the personal information which
we hold about you.
As the sending of information via the internet is not totally
secure, we
cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send to us electronically, and
sending such information is at your own risk. You should avoid sending payment card numbers
or other sensitive data to us via email. Our reservations team will only
ask for payment card details via a secure payment link.
When you provide information,
you accept and agree that it may be necessary for us to transfer it to other locations
outside of the United Arab Emirates, including Europe and the United
States, for processing and storing in connection with a booking or purchase or provision of
products and services. In doing so we will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is
transferred and stored securely.
We will keep and store
your information in our systems and records:
(a) for so long as it is
required by us for the purposes of providing you with any products and services requested by
you; or
(b) to the extent that you have given
your consent for us to keep it and use it for a specific purpose; or
(c)
in accordance with our normal record retention policy, which is 5 years;

(d) as required by applicable law or for financial, regulatory
and audit purposes, or similar,
whichever is the later, subject to your rights

hotel on their behalf and do not directly own or lease it;

our guest connect booking engine provider in connection with your booking or purchase and to
other third parties providing products or services to us or on our behalf in order for them

providing information technology tools or services);
To a purchaser or partner and their
and our advisers in the event we sell, restructure or collaborate on any part of or all of

non-personal information relating to your visit or activities which does
